   *Nessie Inks is committed to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, and clients are expected to follow aftercare instructions for optimal healing.

5. Intellectual Property:

   *The intellectual property rights for the final tattoo design may be retained by the artist or as agreed upon with the client.

   *Nessie Inks may use photographs of completed tattoos for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.

6. Liability and Disclaimers:

   *Nessie Inks is not liable for the outcome of the tattoo or any allergic reactions that may occur.

   *Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

7. Code of Conduct:

   *Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during the tattooing process.

   *Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session, and fees may apply.

8. Dispute Resolution:

   *In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation. If unsuccessful, arbitration may be pursued.
